2. Service Description

LabLink Guwahati provides home blood collection services, connecting patients with trained phlebotomists for sample collection at their location. We facilitate the booking process and coordinate with partner laboratories for test processing.

• We provide home visit services for blood sample collection.
• We coordinate with NABL & ISO certified laboratories for test processing.
• We provide online access to test reports.
• Our services are currently available in the Greater Guwahati Metro Area and surrounding areas in Assam.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during booking, including:

• Correct patient details (name, age, gender)
• Valid contact information (phone number, email)
• Accurate address for home visit
• Correct test selections

3.2 Preparation for Sample Collection

• Follow any fasting or preparation instructions provided for specific tests.
• Ensure someone is available at the address during the scheduled time.
• Provide a clean and safe environment for sample collection.
• Have valid identification ready if required.

3.3 Payment

• Payment must be made as per the selected payment method (Online or Cash/UPI on Collection).
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Additional charges may apply for home visits in remote areas.
• Payment confirmation is required to confirm your booking.

4. Booking and Appointment

4.1 Booking Confirmation

• Your booking is confirmed only after successful verification.
• You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp/SMS/Email with booking details.
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received or contact details are invalid.

4.2 Appointment Timing

• We strive to arrive within the selected time slot.
• Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen factors.
• We will notify you of any significant delays.
• Time slots are approximate and subject to phlebotomist availability.

4.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed information on cancellation and rescheduling procedures.

5. Test Results and Reports

5.1 Report Delivery

• Test results are typically available within 24–48 hours for routine tests.
• Specialized tests may take longer (3–7 days).
• Reports are delivered securely via WhatsApp/Email and can be accessed through our website.

5.2 Report Accuracy

• Test results are provided by certified NABL partner laboratories.
• LabLink acts as a logistics facilitator. We are not responsible for clinical inaccuracies.
• For any concerns about results, please consult a registered medical practitioner.

5.3 Report Confidentiality

• All test reports are strictly confidential and accessible only to authorized persons.
• Reports are shared only with the registered patient or their authorized representatives.

6. Limitation of Liability

LabLink Guwahati acts as a service facilitator. We are not liable for:

• Any medical diagnosis or interpretation of test results.
• Complications arising from sample collection (though we ensure trained professionals).
• Delays in test processing by partner laboratories.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal health information. By using our services, you agree to our data practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the LabLink Guwahati website is the property of LabLink Guwahati and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. Modifications to Terms

LabLink Guwahati reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kamrup Metropolitan District, Guwahati, Assam.
