• Payment Information: Transaction IDs and payment method. We do not store full card numbers or UPI PINs — all online payments are processed by RBI-approved payment gateways.

• Partner Laboratories: Your name, age, gender, and sample are shared with NABL-accredited labs solely for test analysis.
• Phlebotomists: Your name, phone number, and address for navigation and sample collection purposes only.
• Service Providers: IT infrastructure, SMS/WhatsApp gateways, and Payment Gateways necessary to run our platform.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or government regulation.

• Encryption: All data transmitted is encrypted using SSL/TLS.
• Access Control: Medical reports are only accessible to you, authorized LabLink staff, and the partner laboratory.
• Authentication: Report access is secured via OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
